Hit-and-Run Truck Driver Surrenders
Driver in fatal hit-and-run truck accident has surrendered and has since been released and no charges have been filed. The victim was a Chicago resident that was living in Baltimore and was a student at John Hopkins. According to The Chicago Tribune, the truck accident occurred on October 16th and the victim died the following day as a result of the personal injuries that she sustained in the fatal truck accident.
