Personal Injury Attorney Wants New Hearing for Trucking Accident Case

Chicago Resident Involved in Trucking Accident

Police have released the name of a person killed in a fatal trucking accident that occurred on November 20th. The trucking accident occurred when a tractor-trailer was stopped in connection with another crash and a pickup truck struck the stopped truck. According to RGJ.com, another vehicle then crashed into the pickup truck from behind. Trucking Accident Leads to Large Gasoline Spill on Stevenson Expressway

A trucking driver has been cited for spilling 65 gallons of gasoline onto the Stevenson Expressway on November 27th. The trucking accident occurred near Pulaski Road and the Expressway was shut down in both directions for several hours so crews could clean up the spill. According to Chicago Sun Times, the spill was caused by a trucking accident in which the truck carrying the gasoline collided with a passenger car. Kankakee Trucking Accident Results in No Injuries

A trucking accident on I-57 near Kankakee on November 24th occurred after the driver of a truck fell asleep at the wheel. An Anderson woman was injured on November 16th when she was struck by a tractor trailer heading down I-69. Salem Man Injured in Illinois Trucking Accident

A Salem man was seriously hurt in a three-automobile crash on Route 50 on the morning of November 18th. According to WJBD Radio, the trucking accident occurred when the driver of a mini-wan tried to pass a semi-truck and then struck a semi-truck that was headed in the opposite direction. A fatal truck accident occurred on November 9th and left a truck driver dead after his truck plunged over the side of a bridge and into an island.
