Sentence Reached in Fatal Illinois Truck Accident Case

A Granite City man has received a 28 year sentence for pleading guilty to aggravated drunk driving in connection with a February truck accident that killed an Illinois couple and their unborn child. The truck accident occurred when the man crashed into the victim’s car going approximately 91 miles per hour while he was more than three times over the legal alcohol limit for the State of Illinois.
