Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed in Connection With Trucking Accident

A trucking accident lawsuit has been filed in connection with the death of two teenagers who were killed on November 9th while working on the median of I-75 after a truck driver was driving negligently and veered off the road, striking the two young kids. According to The Examiner, the wrongful death lawsuit seeks $5 million dollars. The trucking accident attorney for the Plaintiff represents the mother of one of the victims’ young daughter. The lawsuit alleges that the truck driver either fell asleep at the wheel, was under the influence at the time of the trucking accident or was texting when the accident occurred.
