Trucking Accident Lawsuit Filed in Connection With Illinois Accident

A trucking accident lawsuit has been filed in connection with a trucking accident that occurred back in 2008. The accident occurred when the victim was driving on I-70 and was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer. The accident left the victim in a coma and her husband has filed this lawsuit on her behalf. The complaint alleges that the victim has incurred over $600,000 in medical expenses in addition to lost wages she has suffered and will continue to incur.
