Truck Accident Victim Awarded $4.68M Settlement

A negligence lawsuit stemming from a devastating trucking accident has finally reached a settlement – according to DailyCommercial.com. The accident in question transpired in late November 2008 when the victim’s passenger vehicle was rear ended by the defendant’s large commercial vehicle.
