A 17-year-old driver was injured on April 27 when his van crashed into a semi-truck on the Eisenhower Expressway in Chicago. Chicago Breaking News reports that the injured driver possibly was driving in the wrong direction on the highway when the accident occurred. Police continue to investigate and he may be charged with driving in the wrong direction. The van driver was taken to Loyola University Hospital near Chicago with serious, but not life threatening, personal injuries. The driver of the truck was not hurt in the accident.
