Laptop May Be Cause of Trucking Accident

A truck accident that occurred on December 12th and left one woman dead is under investigation to see if the driver of the tractor-trailer that caused the trucking accident was using his laptop at the time that the accident occurred. According to Buffalo News, the state troopers found a laptop in the cab of the truck involved in the accident and tests are being run to see if the laptop was running when the accident happened. The trucking accident occurred when the truck struck the victim’s car causing the driver to die. The victim’s car was on the side of the road because the driver had just been in an accident with a deer and police were wondering why the truck was unable to stop in time to miss the car.
